Baker
Hamliton, owner and president of Pioneer Commercial Construction
has personally been involved in the construction industry
since 1980 with experience in many facets of the industry
including building material sales, road building, subdivision
development, and commercial and residential construction.
He started the Pioneer Construction Group in 1987 and has
had an active commercial building schedule with everything
from restoration projects to new construction of varying
sizes... large and small.
Lee Maines, commercial construction manager for Pioneer
Commercial Construction, L.L.C., has been in the industry
for 32 years and has had direct control over projects ranging
up to five million dollars.
Joel Longee, project coordinator for Pioneer Commercial
Construction, L.L.C., has 10 years experience in the construction
industry. Currently providing job estimates, job costs tracking
and job costs analysis. He is committed to delivering relevant
and insightful information for continuous improvement.
